Shipping & Returns

Shipping Within India

• Orders are hand-finished and dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your city.
• Shipping is complimentary on prepaid orders above ₹3,500; a flat ₹150 fee applies below that.
• You'll receive a tracking link over WhatsApp and email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the pieces you're interested in, and we'll confirm shipping cost and timeline before you order.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.
• Because most styles are cut in limited runs, we recommend confirming size availability on WhatsApp before requesting an exchange.
• Exchange shipping (both ways) is covered by ELVORA for the first exchange on any order.

Returns & Refunds

• As a small-batch, made-to-order label, we accept returns for store credit only, not cash refunds, except where the piece arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement — email us photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale.
